Andrew Joyce, Captain Jason Joyce’s son drags baited hooks from the dock to the boat from Swans Island, Maine, to collect scientific data through ground fishing on August 24, 2011. Jason Joyce and an observer takes time through lobster season to contribute collecting data for Penebscot East Rescource Center(PERC). His time as well as the observers is invaluable for PERC’S research.
