Mike, an observer on the boat cuts of a dog fish’s head 30 miles from Swans Island, Maine, to collect scientific data through ground fishing on August 24, 2011. Mike documents the time the hooks were dropped, the time it was picked up, the weight and length of the fish and how many were caught in the area. All data contributes to Penebscot East Rescource Center(PERC) overal data sheets. His time is invaluable for PERC’S research.
